Freebie Friday: High End Cosmetics Free on January 20th
A class action settlement against department stores (Nordstrom's, Macy's, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman's, and more) and cosmetic designer brands (L'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Chanel, to name a few) claiming violation of antitrust laws requires major department stores throughout the country to provide free cosmetics beginning on January 20, 2009.
