Time to Make the Latkes (potato pancakes)!
Chanukah snuck up on me this year; I totally lost track of time. With the first night of Chanukah only one week away (Friday night December 11, 2009), I am reposting a recipe for potato latkes (potato pancakes) from last December : One Potato, Two Potatoes, Latkes and More.
